OpenConnect X for Android Overview
OpenConnect X is a VPN client designed to operate with Cisco AnyConnect and ocserv gateways servers. This application caters to advanced users as it requires a proper configuration to function effectively. It offers support for various tunnel modes such as Direct, Proxy Payload, SSL, and Direct Payload. Additionally, it includes a keepalive feature to prevent unnecessary disconnections, supports a range of device architectures like ARMv7, x86, and MIPS without the need for root access, and is built upon the popular OpenConnect Linux package.
For optimal usage, users need an account on a suitable VPN server and an Android device running version 4.1 or higher with a working VpnService and tun infrastructure.
